GTA 5 V ONLINE GET RICH FAST - MILLIONS $$$$$$$$ - PART 3
Once
you have your office, you will now be a CEO, not a VIP; though, at this
stage, there is not much difference. However, don’t worry about your
balance right now if buying the office wiped you out, because you’ll no
longer need $50,000 to do the organizational work, and it
can now be done with $0 forever. Also, you can get free snacks, alcohol
and cigarettes from your assistant in your office, so make sure you take
advantage of this. Use them on missions, and resupply constantly.
The cheapest office (more expensive ones are no different),
buy the cheapest special cargo warehouse, located in Rancho. You’re
going to want to wait until you can afford both, because once your
buy either of them, you’re going to have to start paying some hefty
bills. Previously, your only regular expenses were to your mechanic, who
didn’t cost very much, but now you’ll have to pay your mechanic, your
assistant, and your upkeep. Because of this, it’s important to always
keep earning, because otherwise, you’re just losing money.
REMEMBER:
If your total bills are $6,000 per hour (hypothetically), it’ll be
costing you $100 per minute that you sit in GTA Online. As you can
imagine, this adds up over time.
The
good news, however, is that you’re now done with contact missions
forever. Unless they’re paying double, or you want to earn RP, you never
need to do them again.
Instead,
you’re going to need to alternate between Sightseer and filling up your
special cargo warehouse. Start by doing a Sightseer mission, before
buying a crate and delivering it. Then repeat the process for as long as
your willing to or until you have a full warehouse or 16 creates. By
doing Sightseer before purchasing your cargo, you’ll be paying the cost
of the crates off, plus an additional $18,000 that you can pocket for
yourself as pure profit, adding up to a total of $144,000 if you buy two
crates at a time.
The most efficient way to buy crates is to buy two at a time. Don’t buy three at once.
One Crate → $2,000
Two Crates → $8,000
Three Crates → $18,000
As you can see, buying two crates at a time costs twice as much ($4,000/create), but you fill up your warehouse
twice as fast. Because of this, it’s worth paying twice as much,
because you can sell it twice as fast. You do carry twice the risk, but
it’s worth it for the time savings, because your time is worth far more as you could spend the saved time doing something else.
Also, three at a time is definitely not worth it.
The cost of buying three at a time is $6,000/crate.
But
at this point, the risk is too high. If some griefer decides to destroy
your cargo, you’re down 3 crates and $18,000. Just avoid this route and
go with the two crates option.
Once your warehouse is full (16 creates), you need to sell it.
This
is where most of your risk is. If you’re part of an active crew, get as
many people as you can to help you. If not, you’re going to have to
sell the cargo yourself.
If
you have your crew members helping you, you should sell in a lobby
that’s as populated as possible, because you get a large bonus for doing
so. If you’re on your own, sell in a lobby that’s as small as possible,
unless you’re confident. Should any of your cargo be destroyed (as long
as not all of it gets destroyed), just close down your application and
reload GTA Online, and 95% of your total cargo will be back at your
warehouse.
Sell when your cargo is maxed out (16 crates, at this point), because you’ll earn more money for selling in bulk.
Obtaining
crates doesn’t take too long, but it can become fairly repetitive. In
the long run, it’ll be worth it, though, and you shouldn’t have to do it
too many times.
Selling
a full small warehouse should net you $244,000, with bonuses added on
top of that if more players and organizations are present in the lobby
of sale.
If
you wish, it may be beneficial to wait before you buy an office and
warehouse until you can afford one of the largest capacity warehouses,
because you’ll net over $1,000,000 for selling a full warehouse, which
will set you up perfectly for the next step. That’s a lot of contact
missions and Sightseers, though, so we would advise against it.
When
it comes to selling, this is why Free Aim is the best bet - because
it’s more peaceful. In the golden age of Xbox 360 GTA Online, Free Aim
was insanely peaceful. You could stay in a filled-out (16 player)
lobby for hours, and never be bothered by anyone. Rival gangs and
organizations did fight, but, generally speaking, randoms griefing
players was insanely rare. Now, however, last gen is filled with cheaters,
and isn’t a great place to be, and current gen Free Aim is nowhere near
as peaceful as it once was on Xbox 360, thanks to the addition of Free
Aim Assisted, encouraging Assisted Aim players to play in Free Aim
lobbies.
Regardless,
however, Free Aim lobbies are still far more peaceful than Assisted Aim
lobbies, so selling cargo, vehicles, stock, etc. in Free Aim lobbies is
a far better option. The reason we said to play in Free Aim from the
start is because you need to be adept at using Free Aim incase
trouble does find you, and playing in it all along will cause your Free
Aim skill to increase greatly. The reason we suggested against Free Aim
Assisted (despite the fact that it ruins Free Aim) is because most
serious Free Aim organizations won’t let their members or
associates use Free Aim Assisted, putting you in the same situation that
you’d be if you played on Assisted Aim all along.
Once you manage to earn
another $1,500,000, quickly invest this into the cheapest vehicle
warehouse. This is the point that earning money will become much faster.
This vehicle warehouse will allow you to earn money very quickly. To maximize your income, you’ll want to proceed in the following order;
-
Source a vehicle
-
Sell the vehicle
-
Sightseer
-
Crate
Because there’s a 48 minute
cool-down period after selling an Import/Export vehicle before you can
sell another (though you can source them far faster), you’ll need to
continue to alternate between Sightseer and Crates for about 35 minutes
before sourcing another vehicle and selling it.
When
selling, try and do it in a low-population lobby. There are small
bonuses for selling it in a populated lobby, but because of the cooldown
period and the time and money spent, it’s not worth the risk for the
small bonus.
Many
guides and players will advise that players simply blow up standard
vehicles, store mid ranged vehicles, and sell top ranged vehicles
instantly. This is really bad advice. We would always recommend the
player store all vehicles. You can store up to 40 in a warehouse, and
you should never even be close to that number. A good tactic can be to
store a standard if you get one, and not sell it. Then, go back and
source another. Sell anything other than standards. Then, invite as many
people to your organization as possible (randoms or crew members), and
sell the mid-top ranged vehicle yourself and have the other players sell
the standard. This is because most players are very bad drivers, and,
assuming you're a decent driver, you will earn a lot more money by
selling the expensive vehicles yourself without damaging them than the
other players will smashing them every 10 seconds.
Also, always sell for the most amount of money possible.
It
does cost more money, and the risk is higher, but it’s more than worth
it, usually more than doubling your net profit. If you’re not confident
in the lobby, find another one. Don’t sell vehicles if you’re not
confident, because you can’t just exit out of the lobby or close down
your application and lose 5%. You’ll usually lose your vehicle and waste
your time and money.PART 4
